As we have mentioned in our AGM Notice, upon further re-consideration, we have decided to change the Venue of our Annual General Meeting. This is a precautionary step to ensure our alma mater, being one of the examination centres of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, can be a safe venue to accommodate candidates during the HKDSE examination period under the ongoing situation of COVID-19. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused due to this new venue arrangement.

As we have to strike a delicate balance between public health considerations like social distancing and our long practice of annual AGMs, we have decided to ask our attendees to comply with the requirements below:
Seat limit: max 30 seats. Seats will be provided on a first come first serve basis. You have to reserve your seat by email (Email address: firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (Tel: 2521 6000) before 10am of
April 28 April 29, 2020 and we will inform you once your reservation is confirmed.
All attendees must undergo a compulsory temperature check at the entrance of the AGM Venue.
All attendees must apply hand sanitizer provided at the entrance of the AGM.
All attendees must wear a mask at all times at the AGM Venue and throughout the AGM.
All attendees must complete the attached Health Declaration Form upon arrival at the entrance of the Venue.
Attendees may be denied entry into the AGM Venue and be requested to leave if he does not comply with any of the above.
To allow our fellow members to join our AGM without their physical presence, SLOBA will provide online broadcasting of our AGM by YouTube. The method and the link to access will be announced on our web site (http://www.sloba.org) on April 29, 2020 (Wednesday). However, we regret that questions can only be raised by the attendees at the AGM.
