Young Achievers Awards (YAA) Presentation Dinner
SLOBA and St. Louis School co-organized the 2nd Young Achievers Awards (YAA) Presentation Dinner on Thursday, July 4th, 2024.
The YAA presentation dinner honored exceptional students who had demonstrated outstanding achievements in public competitions throughout the 2023-2024 school year. Over 125 students, 20 teachers, and coaches were invited to attend this year's ceremony.
Eleven tables were filled with students, their teachers and coaches, as well as council members of SLOBA and SLOBA Assets and guests. Old boys who sponsored the dinner were invited to present the award pins to the Young Achievers. Two students from S5 and two old boys, including the famous TV Science Show host Dr. TONG Shiu Sing (湯兆昇博士), acted as the MCs for the evening. Six award recipients were invited to share their experiences in public competitions during the dinner. The highlight of the evening was a group photo capturing all the attendees before the event concluded.
