Q1 : Can Voter appoint another person as his proxy to vote on his behalf?
A1: According to the Article of Association of SLOBA Article 66.21, no Voter could appoint another person as his proxy to vote on his behalf.
Q2: Can the vote be mailed overseas to eligible voters and mailed back to Hong Kong in the polling day?
A2: No. Votes are not allowed to be taken away from the polling area and Voters must come to the polling area in person to vote in the polling day.
Q3: Do member of the SLOBA need to register as a Voter?
A4: Registered SLOBA members are already qualified voters of the IMC Alumni Manager Election and DO NOT need to fill in the Voter Registration form.
Q4: Who are eligible to register as a Voter?
A4: Any alumnus of St Louis School over 18 years old are eligible to register as Voter of the Alumni Manager Election 2016 before the start of the nomination period 14/4/2016 00:00. Any registration after the deadline is no long valid for this election.
