ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULT of the Alumni Manager Election held on 12th of May 2018 at St. Louis School.

 

Pursuant to Article 66 of St. Louis Old Boys’ Association Limited, I hereby make announcement of the polling result of the Alumni Manager Election held on 12th of May 2018 at St. Louis School.

 

At the end of the polling, a total of 352 votes were casted. The counting of votes was carried out immediately after the close of polling. Mr Lo Chi Wing, Vice-principal of St. Louis School was invited to witness the counting of votes.

 

Counting of votes was conducted right after the polling, when other alumni were also invited to witness this critical moment. The counting of votes was completed at 20:45. 

The result of the poll is as follow:-

 

  1. Mr. Kwok Man Chun, Manson 郭文浚(2003 Form 5): 31
  2. Mr. Tam Yat Sing, Sunny 譚溢昇(1990 Form 5): 6
  3. Mr. Yeung Kit Man 楊傑文(1981 Form 5): 310
  4. Valid Votes: 347
  5. Invalid Votes: 5
  6. Total: 352

 

Upon 10 minutes after the conclusion of counting of votes, no re-counting of votes has been requested.

 

In such connection, in the capacity of Returning Officer, I hereby announce that  Mr. Yeung Kit Man is the elected candidate to be nominated as the Alumni Manager to the Incorporated Management Committee of St. Louis School for the term of 2018 – 2020.

 

Official nomination will be conducted after seven days from today when no appeal from the unsuccessful candidate is received.

 

Let us render Mr Yeung our best support in his coming mission for the well-being and development of our alma mater.
