Notice of the Polling of the Alumni Manager Election (校友校蕫選舉）
The Nomination Period of the Alumni Manager Election of the IMC of St. Louis School has ended on Apr 17, 2018 10:00am. Upon closing of the Nomination Period of the Alumni Manager Election, three nominations have been received. Mr. Kwok Man Chun, Manson 郭文浚(2003) has been nominated by 4 Voters and seconded by 10 other Voters. Mr. Tam Yat Sing, Sunny 譚溢昇(1990) has been nominated by 5 Voters and seconded by 8 other Voters. Mr. Yeung Kit Man 楊傑文(1983) has been nominated by 3 Voters and seconded by 16 other Voters. Eligibility of the three candidates has been verified and the Returning Officer declares that the three candidates are validly nominated as candidates at the Alumni Manager Election. Candidates’ Statements, and a list of nominators and seconders are attached below for your information.
According to the Article 66 of the Association, as the number of valid nominations is more than the number of vacancies, polling in the form of a secret ballot shall be conducted. The candidate who obtains the greatest number of votes shall be elected. The details of the Polling are as follows:

Time: 14:00 - 20:00
Venue: St. Louis School, 179 Third Street, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong
All past pupil of St. Louis School who are registered as a voter before the date of commencement of nomination period are eligible to vote in person.
If May 12, 2018 is an inclement weather warning day (i.e. a day when a typhoon signal of No. 8 or above or red/black rainstorm signal is hoisted), the Polling date will be postponed to May 19, 2018.
