Saint Louis School Alumni Manager Election 2024 - 26

Notice of the Nomination Period of the Alumni Manager Election 2024-2026

Mr. TSANG Chun-Lung Juno (2003 Form 5 graduate) is appointed as the Returning Officer by the Board of St. Louis Old Boys’ Association Limited (SLOBA) on 2^nd of March 2024 for the Alumni Manager Election 2024-2026.

Notice is hereby given by the Returning Officer that the First Nomination Period of the Alumni Manager Election for the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) of St. Louis School starts on Tuesday 9^th April 2024 at 0900 hours and ends at 0900 hours of Friday, 19^th April 2024.

All past pupils of the St. Louis School who are also registered members of the SLOBA before the start of the nomination period are automatically qualified voters and eligible to participate in the 2024 IMC Alumni Manager Election. Any non-registered SLOBA member who desires to become a voter shall sign and deliver to SLOBA a voter registration form and can participate at the 2024-2026 election if the form is filled and return to the SLOBA office on or before 2059 hours of 8^th April 2024.  All voter registration forms will be verified and confirmed by the SLOBA.

All matters relating to the process and procedure of the election held for the purpose of making nomination of the alumni manager (the “Alumni Manager”) of the Incorporated Management Committee of St. Louis School (the “IMC”) are governed by the Section 40AP of Cap 279 of the Hong Kong Education Ordinance (the “Election”) and shall also be governed by the Regulations of the Election of Alumni Manager in Clause 66 of the Articles of the SLOBA.
