Mr. Delton Li, our alumni who is currently a Human Resources manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong) was invited to share with our Junior old boys about ways to improve their CV.
Currently with the capacity of Human Resources Manager in the Bank of China (Hong Kong), Mr. Li is responsible for the full cycle of the Bank's Management Trainee Programme, including recruitment and selection, as well as other talent management initiatives. Before joining the Bank, he was a Group Management Trainee at Hopewell Holdings Limited, a listed conglomerate in Hong Kong. He has over 5 years of facilitation experiences, he has joined the facilitator team in more than numerous international conferences to lead youth to learn topics around: Corporate Social Responsibilities, Sustainable Development, Poverty and Microfinance, Environmental Sustainability. Other than issue-based facilitation experiences, he also trained youth on topics of leadership development, personal discovery and team building. He is also a certified practitioner in NLP and a trainer in MBTI.
The event was held on 5th March, 2014 at SLOBA Office at Wing Lok Street Trade Centre. About 15 old boys participated in the event and many of us gained much more insight on ways to improve our own CV.
