ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND POSTAL COMMUNICATION MATTERS
Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of the St. Louis Old Boys’ Association Limited (the “Association”) will be held on Saturday, 15th day of February 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m. in General Purpose (GP) Room of St. Louis School at 1/F., 179 Third Street, West Point, Hong Kong for the following purposes :
a) To receive and adopt the Annual President’s Report for the preceding year.
b) To receive and approve the Honorary Treasurer’s Financial Reports and the audited Statement of Accounts for year end 2018 and the preceding year.
c) To appoint Auditor for the ensuing year.
d) To elect Directors/Council Members of the Association for the ensuing year.
All members listed in the directory, who being eligible, are invited to attend the meeting. Members wishing to appoint a proxy should duly complete and sign the enclosed proxy form. The proxy form shall be deposited at the registered office of the Association or delivered to the Honorary Secretary of the Association not less than twenty-four hours before the time appointed for holding the meeting.
Postal Communication Matters
The Association has been using e-mail to communicate with members effectively for more than a decade. To be an environmental friendly, responsible and sustainable organization, the Association will rely on e-mail as the primary and official written communication method from 1st day of April 2019. As a result, generally, we will not post further written communications to your correspondence address unless with your specific communication preference request to be made to the Association through telephone, facsimile, e-mail or visiting our registered office. Therefore, you are advised to keep the contact information, including e-mail address, is updated in our record through this web site www.sloba.org, especially if you do not receive this notice from e-mail.
