不經不覺楊傑文師兄已經當了第二任期校友校董一年多了，我們藉着這個機會和楊師兄作一個交流，聽聽他第二任期的分享。

SLOBA 很榮幸在2021回校日邀請我們兩位舊生梁德文, Ivan(1989) 及李龍基, Aaron (1994) 為我們今次SLOBA Exchange 上半場的分享嘉賓。，
這次SLOBA Exchange Ivan 及 Aaron將重點分享零售業的運營和人力資源職能，以及 Covid 如何影響區內各行業。
有關兩位嘉賓:
Aaron 李龍基(1994):
Aaron 是怡和餐飲集團的集團首席執行官，擁有 27,000 人的團隊，在香港、台灣、越南和緬甸經營必勝客和肯德基業務。
1996年畢業於SLS，擁有香港中文大學工商管理學士學位和賓夕法尼亞大學沃頓商學院工商管理碩士學位。 Aaron 在顧問公司 (Boston Consulting Group)、私募公司 (Bain Capital)、服裝製造和零售 (Esquel) 的工作中建立了自己的職業生涯，直到最近領導 Zung Fu 仁孚，一家專注於平治品牌汽車和 Jardines 一部分的汽車經銷商集團.
梁啟文 (1989)
Ivan 是一位經驗豐富的人力資源專業人士，在大中華區和東南亞發展中市場的奢侈品零售和餐飲行業擁有豐富的工作經驗。擅長領導力發展、人才和學習管理、教練和零售管理。
Ivan 和 Aaron 昔日在 Zung Fu 仁孚一起工作。
SLOBA is proud to present SLOBA Exchange on Homecoming 2021 (6th November 2021). The session will be presented by two of our old boys, Mr. Aaron Lee (1994) and Mr. Ivan Leung (1989).
The session will focus on sharing about retail industry, in both operation and HR function, and how Covid has impacted the industry in the region.
Aaron Lee (1994)
Aaron is the Group CEO of Jardine Restaurant Group, with a team of 27,000 people operating Pizza Hut and KFC operations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam and Myanmar.
Graduated from SLS in 1996, he holds a BBA from CUHK and an MBA from the Wharton school of University of Pennsylvania. Aaron built his career with his work in Consulting (BCG), Private Equity (Bain Capital), Apparel manufacturing and retail (Esquel), until recently leading Zung Fu, an automotive dealership group focused on the Mercedes Benz brand of cars and part of Jardines.
Ivan Leung (1989)
Ivan is an experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the luxury retail and F&B industry of Greater China and South East Asian developing markets. Skilled in Leadership Development, Talent and Learning Management, Coaching and Retail Management.
Ivan and Aaron worked together at Zung Fu.
