ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULT of the Second Alumni Manager Election held on 21st of May 2016 at St. Louis School.
Pursuant to Article 66 of St. Louis Old Boys’ Association Limited, I hereby make announcement of the polling result of the Alumni Manager Election held on 21st of May 2016 from 14:01 to 20:01 at St. Louis School.
At the end of the polling, a total of 491 votes were casted. The counting of votes was carried out immediately after the close of polling. Four respectable individuals were invited to witness the counting of votes and they are:
1. Mr. Lo Chi Wing
Vice-Principal – St. Louis School
2. Mr. John Po
President – St. Louis Old Boys’ Association
3. Mr. Pak Yiu Charn Patrick

Counting of votes was conducted by myself at 20:15 when other past pupils (about 60-80) were also invited to witness the critical moment at the venue. The counting of votes was completed at 21:10 with immediate re-verification by our helpers and finally confirmed to be in order at 21:40.
The result of the poll is as follows:
1. PAK Yiu Charn Patrick 白耀燦 (1969) : 440
2. TSANG Kwong Ho Ian 曾廣豪(1991): 45
3. Invalid Votes: 6
4. Total 491
Upon 10 minutes after the conclusion of counting of votes, no re-counting of votes has been requested.
In such connection, in the capacity of Returning Officer, I hereby announce that Mr. PAK Yiu Charn Patrick 白耀燦 is the elected candidate to be nominated as the Alumni Manager to the Incorporated Management Committee of St. Louis School.
Official nomination will be conducted after seven days from today when no Appeal from the unsuccessful candidate is received.
Let us give a big applause to Mr. Pak and render him the best support in his new mission for the well-being and development of St. Louis School.
